Scope of This Policy
This refund policy applies exclusively to purchases of the Social Media Marketing Masterclass online course. Other products and services offered by Third Eye Insights may have different refund terms. Please review the applicable refund policy for each product at the time of purchase.
Our 30-Day Results Guarantee
We are confident that the Social Media Marketing Masterclass will provide you with a clearer content strategy, faster content creation processes, and improved engagement metrics when you actively implement the teachings. To demonstrate our commitment to your success, we offer a conditional 30-day results guarantee.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a refund under this guarantee, you must meet ALL of the following requirements:
1. Course Completion
- Complete modules 1 through 6 in their entirety
- Access and view all video lessons, readings, and materials within these modules
- Your course progress must show a minimum of 86% completion through module 6
2. Worksheet Submission
- Complete ALL worksheets provided in modules 1-6
- Submit fully filled-out worksheets demonstrating that you have applied the strategies taught
- Worksheets must show genuine effort and real implementation, not placeholder or hypothetical responses
- All worksheets must be submitted as PDF or image files attached to your refund request email
3. Before/After Metrics Documentation
- Provide documented proof of your social media metrics from BEFORE starting the course
- Provide documented proof of your social media metrics AFTER implementing the strategies from modules 1-6
- Required metrics include (where applicable):
- Engagement rate (likes, comments, shares, saves)
- Follower growth or account reach
- Post impressions and/or video views
- Click-through rates (if running campaigns)
- Any other relevant performance indicators for your specific platform(s)
- Metrics must be provided as screenshots from your native platform analytics (Instagram Insights, Facebook Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.)
4. Timely Request
- Your refund request must be submitted via email within 30 calendar days of your original purchase date
- The 30-day period begins on the date payment was processed, not the date you first accessed the course
- Requests submitted after the 30-day window will not be considered under any circumstances
Evaluation Process
What Qualifies for Approval:
We will approve your refund request if you have:
- Met all four eligibility requirements listed above
- Demonstrated genuine, documented effort to implement the course strategies
- Shown no measurable improvement in your metrics despite proper implementation
We understand that results can vary, and we stand behind our course. If you’ve put in the work, followed the system, and can document that it didn’t produce results for you, we will honor our guarantee.
What Does NOT Qualify for Approval:
Refund requests will be denied if:
- Any of the four eligibility requirements are incomplete or missing
- Worksheets show minimal effort, generic responses, or were not genuinely implemented
- Before/after metrics are not provided or are insufficient to evaluate results
- There is evidence that course strategies were not actually applied to your social media accounts
- The request is submitted after 30 days from purchase
- You have previously received a refund for this or any other Third Eye Insights course
- Evidence suggests the course was accessed solely to extract content without intention to implement
How to Submit a Refund Request
To request a refund, send a single email to coach@thirdeyeinsights.ca with the following:
Email Subject Line: Refund Request – [Your Full Name] – [Order Number]
Required Email Contents:
- Your full name as it appears on the purchase
- Email address used for purchase
- Order confirmation number or transaction ID
- Purchase date
- Attached files:
- All completed worksheets from modules 1-6 (PDF or image format)
- Screenshots of before metrics (dated before or at course start)
- Screenshots of after metrics (dated after implementing modules 1-6)
- Brief written explanation (200-500 words) describing:
- Which strategies you implemented
- How you applied them to your social media accounts
- Why you believe the course did not produce results for you
Incomplete requests will not be processed. We will notify you within 2 business days if any required materials are missing.
Review Timeline
Once we receive your complete refund request with all required documentation:
- Acknowledgment: You will receive a confirmation email within 1-2 business days confirming receipt
- Review Period: We will thoroughly review your submission within 3-5 business days
- Decision: You will receive our decision via email (approved or denied with explanation)
- Processing: If approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method
Refund Method
All approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at purchase:
- Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
- PayPal refunds: 3-5 business days to your PayPal account
- Other payment methods: Processing time may vary based on your financial institution
We do not issue refunds via check, wire transfer, store credit, or alternative payment methods.
After the 30-Day Window
All sales are final after 30 days from the date of purchase.
Once the 30-day guarantee period has expired:
- No refunds will be issued for any reason
- No exceptions will be made, regardless of circumstances
- All course access and materials remain available to you per your original purchase terms
We encourage you to review the course structure, commit to implementation, and submit any refund requests well within the 30-day window if needed.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank or credit card company without first contacting us through the proper refund request process outlined above:
- Your course access will be immediately revoked
- We will provide your bank with evidence of this refund policy, proof of course delivery, and documentation that you agreed to these terms at purchase
- We reserve the right to pursue chargeback fees and administrative costs
- You will be permanently banned from purchasing any future Third Eye Insights products or services
Please contact us first. If you have a legitimate concern, we want the opportunity to make it right before a dispute escalates.
Course Access During Refund Review
Your access to the Social Media Marketing Masterclass will remain active during the refund review period. If your refund is approved, access will be revoked at the time the refund is processed.
Modification of This Policy
Third Eye Insights reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will apply only to purchases made after the updated policy is posted. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase will govern your refund rights.
